Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, manage B2B partnerships, and oversee on-site sales for our fitness center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive membership growth and revenue.

Roles & Responsibility

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and membership targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

B2B Partnerships & Business Development:

  • Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and other brands to drive memberships and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Organize and participate in community/social events and networking opportunities to promote the studio.

On-Site Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Lead and support the on-site sales team in converting prospects into members through consultations, facility tours, and promotional offerings.
  • Train and mentor sales associates to enhance their selling skills and customer engagement.
  • Create and execute initiatives at the studio to ensure a premium client experience, including loyalty programs and rewards, to provide personalized fitness solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, along with effective negotiation and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
