MOVE is looking for a Senior Sales & Member Care Executive to lead membership sales, elevate the client experience, and support the growth of our boutique fitness community.
This role goes beyond front desk operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of lead conversion, member relationships, and sales performance, while ensuring every client interaction reflects MOVE’s premium studio experience.
We are looking for someone who combines strong sales ability, relationship-building skills, and a passion for health and wellness.
Roles & Responsibility
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Drive membership sales by clearly presenting class packages, membership options, and pricing
- Guide prospects through the studio with engaging facility tours, highlighting the benefits of Reform, Ride, and Hybrid classes
- Convert leads into members through effective consultation and relationship-based selling
- Manage and follow up with leads via phone, Zalo, email, Facebook, and Instagram
- Track and nurture trial users, referrals, and potential members
- Lead and execute sales campaigns, events, and promotions
Member Experience & Retention
- Deliver a warm, professional front desk experience
- Conduct member consultations to understand client goals and recommend suitable programs
- Build strong relationships with new members and key clients
- Support member retention and renewals through proactive engagement
- Handle member inquiries both online and in-studio
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, interactions, and conversions
- Track and support reporting on sales performance and conversion rates
- Coordinate with instructors and the operations team to ensure a smooth class experience
- Support the continuous improvement of sales and member experience processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer experience, or membership management
(fitness, hospitality, or boutique service industries preferred) - Proven ability to convert leads and drive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English
- Strong customer relationship and consultative sales skills
- Organized and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking systems
- Energetic, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
- Able to work full-time and flexible shifts including weekends
