- To redeem a Gift Card, simply present it to our reception team at the front desk upon purchase.
Terms & Conditions — Studio Rental
- Studio rental is limited to a maximum of 1 hour per booking per day.
- Equipment and furniture must remain in their designated locations and may not be moved without prior approval from Move staff.
- Full rental payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the rental date to secure the booking.
- Rental bookings are subject to studio availability.
Terms & Conditions — Gift Card
- Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
- Each Gift Card can only be applied to a single package purchase.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for studio rental fees.
FAQs
If you plan to work out consistently and attend classes multiple times a week, a membership would give you unlimited access within your selected studio access for a fixed monthly period. Class Packs are more flexible and are ideal if you prefer a less fixed schedule or visit occasionally. Class Packs are session credits you use at your own pace within the expiry window.
Your package will be activated on the date of your first session, not on the payment date. This allows you to purchase your package in advance and start whenever you are ready.
We currently accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. If you need assistance with payment, our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
All purchased packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, according to Move’s policy.
Private classes are personal training sessions with one of our instructors. The ratio (1:1, 2:1, etc.) refers to clients per instructor. Senior Instructor sessions are led by our most experienced trainers. You can choose your preferred workout time and instructor based on your schedule and training preferences. Contact us to schedule your private sessions.
