Marketing Executive

District 2, HCMC Reports To: Marketing Manager Full-Time

Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support the growth and brand presence of our boutique fitness studio. This role focuses primarily on content creation, social media marketing, and community engagement, while also supporting the front desk experience and member care. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness and lifestyle content, is comfortable creating social media materials (photo, video, short-form content), and enjoys interacting with members to help build a strong studio community. Roles & Responsibility

1. Marketing & Content Creation (80%)

Social Media & Content

  • Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
  • Capture photos and videos during classes, events, and daily studio activities.
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Design simple marketing visuals using Canva (class announcements, promotions, community posts).
  • Write engaging captions aligned with the studio’s tone and brand voice.

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Growth

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote classes, memberships, and studio initiatives.
  • Develop creative ideas to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Support the launch of new programs, classes, and seasonal promotions.

Events & Community Activation

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute studio events, workshops, and community activations.
  • Manage event logistics including promotion, sign-ups, and on-site coordination.
  • Work with instructors and the operations team to deliver engaging member experiences.

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and develop potential brand partnerships and collaborations aligned with the studio’s brand.
  • Coordinate with partner brands, influencers, and community partners for joint campaigns or events.
  • Support the execution of co-branded activities, giveaways, and promotional collaborations.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to messages and comments on social media platforms.
  • Engage with members online and help build an active digital community.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or community marketing (fitness, lifestyle, hospitality is a plus).
  • Comfortable with basic photography and video shooting using phone or camera.
  • Able to edit short videos using CapCut (or similar tools).
  • Able to create basic visual designs using Canva.
  • Understanding of Instagram / Facebook content formats and trends.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and basic English.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about fitness, wellness, and community building.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic studio environment.
  • Comfortable coordinating events, collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Available to work full-time and occasionally support weekend activities or events.
