Elevate your practice with our Reformer Pilates classes—where traditional Pilates principles meet dynamic, strength-focused movement. Using the reformer machine’s adjustable resistance, each session targets core strength, flexibility, balance, and body control through fluid sequences and precise holds.

Our classes adapt to individual skill levels and goals, making them accessible for both beginners and experienced practitioners. For added stability, grip socks are recommended and available for purchase at reception.
