CUSTOMER POLICY

1. Purpose:

This policy is built to ensure customers’ rights, create a professional and friendly training environment, and clearly stipulate the regulations and terms when using services at MoveVN.

2. Scope of application:

This policy applies to all customers who have registered to use the service at MoveVN, including customers who purchase membership packages and customers who use the service in class packages.

3. General regulations:

Opening hours: Studio is open from 6am – 9pm on weekdays and from 7am – 1pm Saturday & Sunday
Attire: Customers need to wear neat, appropriate workout clothes.
Hygiene: Customers need to maintain general hygiene and keep furniture neat after use.
Safety: Customers need to follow the safety instructions of the trainer and studio.
Behavior: Customers are expected to behave politely and respect other members and studio staff.

4. Membership package:

Term: Each membership package has a different expiration date, specifically as follows:

Single Pass: 30 days

Class Package: 30 days

1 month: 30 days

3 months unlimited: 3 months

6 months unlimited: 6 months

Renewal: Customers can renew their membership before it expires.
Cancellation: Customers can cancel the membership package by giving 07 working days notice.

5. Payment:

Forms of payment: We accept the following forms of payment: Direct payment, payment via ATM card, Visa, Master Card,… 
Refunds: In special cases, we may consider refunding customers. Please contact customer service for more details.

6. Regulations on use of services:

Classes: Customers need to register for classes in advance. The number of participants per class is limited.
Equipment: Customers need to use equipment properly and maintain it.
Coach: Customers can request the support of a coach.

7. Studio responsibility:

Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing high quality service and a safe training environment.
Information security: We are committed to protecting customers’ personal information.

8. Dispute resolution:

In case any dispute arises, both parties will try to resolve it through dialogue. If it cannot be resolved, the case will be resolved according to the provisions of law.
