MEMBERSHIP POLICY

PUBLIC CLASS PACKAGES

  • Customers purchase a fixed number of classes according to the selected package.
  • Classes may be shared with family and friends, with a maximum of 5 persons per package.
  • Any pre-booked class missed by the customer will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Unused classes will be forfeited if the package expires.

     

MEMBERSHIPS

ALL-ACCESS MEMBERSHIPS

  • This package grants customers access to all MOVE studios (Ride, Hybrid, & Reform) and includes unlimited classes within the contract period.
  • Memberships are strictly for registered members only, non-transferable, and include unlimited classes.
  • Members may freeze their membership for free with limitations, according to the freezing policy below.
  • Any booked class that a member does not attend will not be refunded or carried forward.
  • MOVE does not guarantee availability in classes, as this depends on remaining capacity.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

  • This package allows access to classes corresponding to the selected plan (e.g., RIDE / HYBRID / REFORM, etc.).
  • Monthly memberships include unlimited classes within the contract period.
  • Freeze, no-show, and class availability policies are the same as stated above.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

  • Customers purchase a fixed number of classes according to the selected package.
  • Classes may be shared with others.
  • Any pre-booked class missed by a customer will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Unused classes will be forfeited if the package expires.
  • Customers may upgrade to a Senior Instructor for an additional 200,000 VND per session.

 

FREEZING POLICY

FOR CLASS PACKAGES

  • Class packages can be frozen for a fee of 500,000 VND for a maximum period of 3 months (must be requested in advance).
  • In Case of Injury: If a member is injured, they may provide relevant medical documentation to request a free freeze for a maximum period of 3 months.

FOR MEMBERSHIPS

  • Membership can be frozen for free as follows:
    • 1-month membership: 1 freeze (maximum of 7 days)
    • 3-month membership: 1 freeze (maximum of 14 days)
    • 6-month membership: 2 freezes (maximum of 14 days each)
    • 9-month membership: 2 freezes (maximum of 14 days each)
    • 12-month membership: 3 freezes (maximum of 14 days each)
  • To activate a free freeze request, supporting documents (such as flight tickets or medical certificates) must be provided.
  • Additional freeze time costs 500,000 VND for a maximum of 3 months (must be requested in advance).
  • In Case of Injury: If a member is injured, they may provide relevant medical documentation to request a free freeze for a maximum period of 3 months.

FOR PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

  • Personal Training packages can be frozen for a fee of 500,000VND for a maximum period of 3 months.
  • In Case of Injury: If a member is injured, they may provide relevant medical documentation to request a free freeze for a maximum period of 3 months.
