We offer three premium fitness experiences: Ride (indoor cycling), Hybrid (combining Circuit & Strength training), and Reform (Pilates reformer including Standard & Mobility & Abs Glutes).

Our focus is on providing a high-end, boutique fitness experience with state-of-the-art equipment, expert instructors, and personalized attention.

Studio Classes

Our classes vary in intensity and duration, catering to different fitness levels. We offer a mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all fitness levels, including beginners. Whether you’re new to indoor cycling, strength training, or Pilates, our expert instructors will guide you through each move, offering modifications and progressions to suit your abilities. We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, and we’re committed to creating a supportive environment where you can reach your goals at your own pace.

You can book a session through our online booking system, either via our website or our app. Create or login into your account to book. Alternatively, you can call our hotline and one of our team will assist you.

For the monthly, 3-month, or 6-month membership, you cannot transfer them to a friend. However, with your class package, they are shareable, therefore you can book for friends but cannot transfer to another person.

Packages and Membership holders can book 7 days in advance within their current cycle.

Your safety is our priority. Prior to participating in any class, it’s important to consider your individual injury status. We strongly advise consulting with your doctor or seeking guidance from our instructors before joining any session. Additionally, please inform your instructors at the beginning of each class if you have any injuries or concerns, as they can offer tailored modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout for you.

Membership

We offer single sessions, class packages and memberships, all of which can be found and purchased through our website and app.

You are eligible to freeze 1 time for your 1-month or 3-month package for up to 14 days, and for 6-month membership package, you can freeze 2 times for up to 14 days each time.

To be fair to all your fellow guests, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance.

You will be charge your class credit, and will lose the session.

We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate your preferences. You can conveniently pay for your membership or class packages using credit card, debit card, or automatic monthly payments for added convenience.

No, refunds will not be given for any purchase made on the Move site or app.

Facilities & Amenities

Yes we do. We also operate on a code combination setup so there is no need to bring a lock

Yes, we offer complimentary towels, including refreshing cold small towels, for all our members after our energetic classes.

To minimise single-use plastics, we provide a water station for you to refill your bottles.

We have post-session shakes and coffees available to order. Unfortunately we do not have any food options but our team can help direct you to good places nearby.

We are not your traditional gym and can only operate classes, based on the schedule we provide on our site.

Yes we do. We provide both female and male changing rooms with showers.
Towels and complementary amenities kits are provided at all changing areas to keep you looking sharp.

We’ve got WiFi ready for you, and we’ll give you all the details when you arrive.

Yes we do. Bikes and motorbikes can be parked at our dedicated parking space. Cars can be parked right outside the club.

Yes. Ride-specific shoes will be provided for the Ride class. Grip socks can be purchased at the reception for the Reform class.

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we recommend everyone to arrive 20 mins before class. When the class has started, you will not be admitted.

Additional Questions

We respect your privacy. While we occasionally capture photos and videos for marketing purposes, we prioritize your comfort and consent. At the beginning of each class, our instructors will announce that photography and video recording will be taking place. If you prefer not to be included in any media, simply inform the instructor, and we will respect your wishes.
